Our Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremony will both be held in Dwinelle 155 with an overflow livestream held in Dwinelle 145. Schools assigned to the overflow room will also receive physical awards during Closing Ceremony if needed. Schools will be notified by email and at the registration table if they are assigned to the overflow room for either ceremony.

BearMUN 2025 will be held in Dwinelle Hall at the heart of UC Berkeley campus! All rooms, including opening and closing ceremonies, will be contained within the building for safety and logistics reasons.

We recommend students travel to BearMUN 2025 by train via BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) or by carpool. If arriving by train, Dwinelle Hall is a 10-15 minute walk from the Downtown Berkeley BART station (see map for recommended route).

If arriving by car, there are a number of safe parking locations shown on the map. We recommend parking south of campus near Telegraph Ave, the main food & drink area near campus. The closest parking locations to Dwinelle Hall are the Lower Sproul Garage (2465 Bancroft Way, $3/hr) or Telegraph-Channing Garage (2450 Durant Ave, $1/hr or $16 flat rate for 4+ hours).
